〉What is one piece of advice you would give an incoming freshman?
Don’t be afraid to try new things and put yourself out there – sports, clubs, extracurricular activities because you will meet new people, develop constructive life skills, and build a community full of support and love.
〉What will you miss most about high school?
Being able to play sports and representing Arlington High School alongside some of my closest friends.
〉What are you most excited about after graduation?
Traveling around Europe and continuing my collegiate athletic career while pursuing engineering, a field I’m passionate about.
〉Who inspires you the mostÌýandÌýwhy?
My mom, because she has achieved success in many different careers while never losing her character, kindness, or strength. She has shaped the way I see hard work and perseverance, and I hope to follow in her footsteps.
〉What’s your favorite high school memory?
Hitting my first grand slam against Haltom – at Haltom – to tie a close, nail-biting district game.Ìý
