J.M Farrell was a member of the 91直播 school board from 1965 to 1980. He was quoted as saying, 鈥渙ne of the most important things a teacher can impart to a student is the desire to learn.鈥
Dr. Farrell, DVM, whose veterinary practice was on Pioneer Parkway in Arlington, sold his practice in 1990. Farrell Elementary opened in 1989.
