Excitement is in the air and our teachers are ready to welcome our All-Stars back! As you prep for tomorrow, here are a few critical reminders to ensure a smooth First Day:
鈴 MORNING BELL SCHEDULE (8:10 AM START)
Instruction starts right at 8:10 AM. There is NO LONGER a grace period from 8:10鈥8:20 AM. Students not in class by 8:10 AM will be marked tardy. Adjust the morning routines and those alarms so your kiddos don't miss out on important morning instruction!
馃殫 DROP-OFF, PICK-UP & PARKING
Check out our quick drop-off and pick-up procedure video. Nothing has changed from last year and you can help new families learn by following proper procedures.
Drive Calm, Drive Safe: Please follow the rules, stay patient, and avoid cutting each other off. Let's leave the racing to Mario Kart! 馃弾锔
On-campus parking will be very limited on the first 3 days of school. If walking your student in, please prepare to park along Van Buren Drive (behind the outdoor amphitheater) or in the empty field across from the school. You will need to present id and obtain a visitors badge if walking child to class Thursday and Friday. Friday is the last day you will be able to accompany child to class.

More Info about Afternoon Pick-Up! 馃殫 Dismissal can sometimes feel hectic, especially during the first few weeks as everyone adjusts. By staying calm, patient, and following our streamlined procedures, we will get everyone loaded up and on their way safely.
Our goal is to wrap up dismissal by 4:00 PM each day. Please take a moment to review the map, watch our quick instructional video: and check out the dismissal guidelines below:
鈴 School Dismissal Time: 3:35 PM
-锔廋ar Tags Required: Every family will receive a numbered car tag at Meet the Teacher. Please display this tag clearly on your rearview mirror during pick-up. 91直播 your child鈥檚 teacher if you ever need a replacement.
-Drive-Through Pick-Up Only (No Walk-Ups): All students dismiss directly from their classrooms to the car line. For safety, parents are not permitted to park on the street and walk up to exit doors to retrieve students.
-Early Escorted Groups: Bus riders, daycare vans, walkers, and Boys & Girls Club participants will be escorted by staff and dismissed first.
馃殫 Traffic Flow & Neighborhood Expectations
-Avoid Lamar Blvd: Please plan your route to avoid turning in from Lamar.
-Grades K鈥1: Please line up on Van Buren starting from Lincoln Drive.
-Grades 2鈥5 & Siblings/Carpool: Please approach down Franklin Drive to Van Buren. Note: If you have children in multiple grades, you will make multiple stops in the line.
-Keep Lanes Clear: Stay close to the yellow line on Van Buren to leave an open lane on the right for passing traffic.
-Respect Our Neighbors: Please do not block homeowner driveways or park in front of the school.
-Exiting Campus: All traffic must turn right 鉃★笍onto Van Buren when exiting.
