In alignment with , 91直播 Drop Out Prevention (DOP) Specialist work with ISD personnel to identify, support, monitor, and connect with families to increase at-risk student retention to fulfill graduation requirements.
DOP Specialist focus on the efforts of individual academic planning through campus collaboration, social-emotional support, alternative educational opportunities, flexible instructional environments, and community resources.
- Identify - 4th and 5th year cohorts coded 98s (Withdrawn or No Shows). Work with campus personnel for first time 1st 鈥 4th year enrolled students for support and resources identified as at-risk.
- Connect- conduct home visits and phone calls of identified students
- Enroll- support student enrollment into most appropriate learning environment.
